This thread teapot was inspired by the old style of “dazzle camouflage”, much more common in the military around the first World War. I chose to make a classic conical shape for the pot, similar to the Il Conico Kettle by Aldo Rossi. The lid completes the cone and is removable. The base is also in the same camouflage style.
The black and white pattern uses two metallic threads that also have sparks of color, as shown in this detail.
