Fish are a great inspiration for decorative teapots. A deep sea inhabitant, the Anglerfish, lures its lunch with a dangling light.
The teapot is made mostly of silver metallic threads, some cotton thread for the patterns and eyes, and yellow glow-in-the-dark thread hidden in the yellow cotton thread for a surprise in the dark. The teapot lid is connected at one end so it flips up. Blue aluminum wire helps keep the lure in place. It is hollow and stable.
