Maple Tree Tea set

Maples bring back fond memories of climbing trees - their branches make it easy for a little kid to get up above the ground. They also have beautiful autumn colors.

This teapot set has six parts: the pot (tree trunk), lid, and a pair of cups and saucers (leaves). Everything is made of cotton threads. The knob of the lid is a maple seed, also known as a key - or helicopter, to a child. The base of the pot has tree rings. The handle of the pot is a “broken” twig.
